Dr. Joel Eichler is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with training and experience in Child, Adolescent, Adult and Geriatric development, He maintains a private practice in Chestnut Hill, MA.
With over 35 years experience as a marriage and family therapist, he has served as a teacher and trainer in both academic settings (faculty, Harvard Medical School) as well as a private training group (The New England Center for
Study of the Family) . Among his areas of expertise are marital therapy, intergenerational and sibling conflict, Men's Groups and Feminism. In addition to being a prominent relationship therapist, Dr. Eichler has presented at
National conferences and to general audiences speaking on the topics of Gender Roles in Two-Career Families, Men's Psychology, Intergenerational Loyalties and Burdens.
